Richard Greene ("we," "us," or "our") developed the VideoPaint app as a free application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.
We do not collect any personal information from users of our app. Though VideoPaint uses your camera to take pictures and videos, it does not share those pictures and videos with anyone. You are free to share them with anyone or use them in any way that you wish.
VideoPaint does not otherwise access, collect, or use any personal or sensitive user data. Nor does it share such data with anyone, retain it, or handle it in any way.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
